An apple focus in your classroom can be a fun way to welcome the fall.
While this year might look very different in terms of our normal apple themed activities in the classroom, we hope these free resources will help add in a little bit of fun theming.
Looking for some hands-on ideas that you could still work into your classroom this year?
Passing out food in the classroom might offer a challenge but would it be possible for you to suggest your families do their own apple tasting at home. (Of course, only suggest this idea if you feel like your families will be able to obtain the apples without adding stress to their budgets.)
Some families might still choose to venture out to the apple orchard on their own but we know that your normal field trip for apple picking will be eliminated. Maybe a local orchard would offer to answer questions related to apple growing your class creates.
