At the end of a grading period, it is always helpful to have students take a look at how they are using their time in reading and writing workshop. These forms would be useful in helping students complete that reflection. It might also be helpful to have the completed forms on hand for a parent teacher conference. Or, after students complete, go over them during a reading or writing conference.
