We LOVE the idea of having students sort a small basket of objects by their beginning sound. In case this doesn’t work for you, we have created these picture cards for students to use instead. This sort includes the letters b, m, s and t along with a letter card to label each category. You can differentiate this sort by giving students only two or three letters instead of four.
